Clear Cloud Solutions’s Data Centres are arguably the most sophisticated in the Asia-Pacific region.

We ensure geographic diversity for complete Disaster Recovery, with multiple redundancy features throughout each facility. The Data Centres are all ultra-high security, highly redundant, purpose-built centres operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Choosing a hosting provider requires a great deal of care and a lot of trust. You need to know that your infrastructure, services, and brand are in safe hands. At Clear Cloud Solutions we have built a reputation based on trust, affordability, and our outstanding uptime record. Whilst other network providers experience regular network downtime, we have invested highly in our data centre solutions to ensure your business is available at least 99.999% of the time. Before you click away to find a solution provider offering 100% uptime, it’s important to know that 100% uptime is not possible and that such claims need rethinking. Take a look at our 100% uptime page for more details.

If you are betting your business on the reliability of your Internet presence...

then you should ask your potential hosting provider for a number of things. One of these should be a network diagram that shows how the hosting provider is connecting your server to the Internet, showing all devices between your server and the Internet backbone. You need to ask (at the least) about actual bandwidth available at all points, names of upstream providers and whether or not there is any redundancy in the system.

Triple Redundancy and 99.999% Uptime

Clear Cloud Solutions’s triple redundant Internet connectivity through Tier 1 ‘carrier-grade’ providers delivers exceptional support for our clients. Because these providers run and own the network they are not impeded by upstream providers and can therefore offer a much more robust managed infrastructure that meets or exceeds our 99.999% uptime agreements.

In addition to asking for a network diagram, ask your potential hosting provider for SLAs for every part of the system being offered; network connectivity, power, air conditioning, server downtime, support, operating system and application to name a few.

A few minutes spent checking these important issues at the beginning of a project could save months of problems later on. In today's climate, that checking is simply due diligence.

But please don’t believe what you read here, or elsewhere. Compare providers. See for yourself. We welcome your inspection of our Data Centres and will be happy to provide you with network diagrams and SLAs that show why we consistently provide the highest levels of reliability in the industry.

For government applications, the finance industry and US subsidiaries, security of information is a priority. For many other organisations, low security is simply not worth the risk.

Clear Cloud Solutions exceeds the levels of redundancy and security covered by the following security and quality certifications:

  • ISO 27001 - This standard covers the highest security practices for Data Centre Management. Our Data Centres and our Support Team meet and exceed the requirements of ISO 27001.
  • ASIO T4 Standard - Required for Government application hosting. Our Australian Data Centres are certified as "Secure Areas" in accordance with the Commonwealth Protective Security Manual 2005, and the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Technical Note 4/06 Physical Security of Secure Areas/SR1 Rooms, November 2006.
  • ISO 9001 - Quality Management  Certification. This Certification covers both the Data Centres and our whole organisation and guarantees a quality focused organisation.
